We make one simple promise on the registration page, and this page states it in full so there is no ambiguity.
The promise
Show up, or it's on me. Come to the live masterclass and stay to the end. If you do not feel it was worth far more than the ₹199 you paid, message us right after and we will refund every rupee — no forms, no argument.
1. Who is eligible
You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following are true:
- You attended the live session and stayed until the end; and
- You request the refund within 24 hours of the session finishing.
2. Who is not eligible
Because this is a single live session with no recording and no replay, the value is delivered in the room. That means:
- If you do not attend, you are not eligible for a refund. This is stated clearly on the registration page before you pay — the only real risk is not showing up.
- Requests made more than 24 hours after the session ends are outside the window.
- Refunds are not available where a seat has been removed for breaching our Terms & Conditions.
If something genuinely prevented you from attending — a medical emergency, a bereavement, or a technical failure on our side — write to us anyway and explain. We would rather hear from you than have you feel cheated.
3. How to request a refund
Message us on the WhatsApp group you were added to, or email connect@avinashgarg.com with:
- The name, email address and phone number you registered with.
- The date of the session you attended.
You do not need to justify your decision or fill in a form.
4. How and when you get your money back
We will approve or respond to your request within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the full amount paid — we do not deduct a processing fee.
5. If we cancel or reschedule
If we reschedule a session, your seat automatically moves to the new date. If the new date does not suit you, ask us and we will refund you in full. If we cancel outright without offering an alternative date, you are refunded in full automatically — you do not need to ask.
6. Before you raise a dispute
If you are unhappy, please contact us first. We would much rather resolve it directly and quickly than have you raise a chargeback with your bank, which takes far longer for you.
