This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit nxtpath.co or register for The AI Affiliate Machine masterclass, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Internet Youth Academy ("we", "us", "our"), founded by Avinash Garg. We sell and deliver a paid live online masterclass called The AI Affiliate Machine. You can reach us at connect@avinashgarg.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you register, our checkout partner TagMango collects your name, email address and phone number, along with your payment details. If you join our WhatsApp group, your WhatsApp phone number and profile name become visible to us and to other members of that group.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, time on page and approximate location (city or region level), through cookies and similar technologies.
What we never collect
We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Payments are processed entirely by TagMango and its payment gateway.
3. Why we use it
- To confirm your registration and send you the joining link, reminders and any materials.
- To run the live session and answer your questions.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- To send you information about our other offers. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure how our advertising performs and to show relevant ads.
- To detect fraud and keep the site secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
6. How long we keep it
We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the masterclass and to meet accounting and tax requirements under Indian law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop sending you marketing messages.
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave.

8. Security and transfers
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Some of our providers store data on servers outside India; where that happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards.
9. Children
This masterclass is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always show the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
